Compensation

a. Payment Terms: For each Job accepted and completed by the Contractor, the Company shall pay the Contractor the fee agreed upon for that specific Job as displayed and accepted through the notification of assignment, less commission retained by the Company ("Contractor Fee"). The total compensation payable to the Contractor will be clearly outlined in the notification of assignment. A standard commission of twenty-five percent (25%) will be retained by the Company and will already be excluded from the total Contractor compensation outlined. Contractor compensation and commission retained by the Company shall be calculated after all payment processing fees from the payment provider through client payment to Company have been completed.

  • Full-Service Jobs (Flight + Editing): Unless otherwise specified in the notification of assignment, the Contractor will receive seventy-five percent (75%) of the total client fee received by the Company.

  • Flight-Only Jobs (Capture Only): For assignments limited to aerial flight operations without editing, compensation shall be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Company and communicated in the notification of assignment.

  • Edits-Only Jobs (Post-Production Only): For assignments limited to editing/post-production services where raw media is provided by another Contractor, compensation shall be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Company and communicated in the notification of assignment.

b. Payout Schedule: The Company will initiate payout to the Contractor within twenty-four (24) hours from the time the final Work Product is accepted by the Client. For Flight-Only or Edits-Only Jobs, payout will be initiated within twenty-four (24) hours of the Client’s confirmation of satisfactory delivery of the assigned portion of Work Product, or, if no confirmation is received, within seventy-two (72) hours after delivery. If further revisions are requested within seventy-two (72) hours by the Client, payout will be initiated within twenty-four (24) hours of the delivery of the revised Work Product.

Contractor acknowledges that the timing of when funds are actually received in their bank or payment account is dependent on the processing times of the agreed-upon payment method (e.g., ACH transfer, wire transfer, PayPal, or other method) and is outside the Company’s control.

c. No Guarantees: The Company does not guarantee any minimum number of Jobs or minimum amount of compensation to the Contractor under this Agreement.
