How We Managed 22 Job Sites, 3 Pilots, and 531 Deliverables for One Client

This is the breakdown of one of our longest-running and most operationally complex client engagements: a 6-month retainer with No Limit Turf, a residential landscaping and turf contractor based in the Phoenix metro area.
The Brief
No Limit Turf needed a consistent, high-volume aerial content program to fuel their social media presence across multiple active job sites. They weren't looking for occasional one-off shoots — they needed a systematic production partner that could keep up with their project volume and deliver edited content on a tight social calendar.
The Scope
Over 6 months (July through December 2025), we coordinated aerial production across 22 unique residential job sites across 6 cities: Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Gold Canyon, and Surprise.
At peak, we had 3 pilots active simultaneously to keep up with the project schedule. Total output: 1,218 raw files captured, 531 edited deliverables produced, 248 GB of total content — with zero late deliveries across the entire engagement.
How We Coordinated It
The operational challenge with a multi-site, multi-pilot engagement is consistency. Different pilots, different days, different job sites — but the deliverables need to look and feel like they came from the same production team.
We solved this with a standardized shot list for every job type, a consistent editing style guide applied to all post-production, a centralized scheduling system across active sites, and a quality control review before anything was delivered.
The Results
The content program drove significant growth in No Limit Turf's organic social presence: 208% increase in overall engagement, 725% growth in organic reach, and 684% increase in profile interactions — all organic, no paid amplification.
What This Means for Agencies
This is a proof of concept for what a systematic aerial content program can do for a contractor or service business client. If you're an agency with clients in home services, commercial development, or any field-based industry, aerial content at this scale is achievable — and it drives real results.
