Deliverables Standards

Welcome! This guide is designed to provide our contracted drone pilots with a clear reference for the quality and consistency we expect in all deliverables. Here, you’ll find guidelines for photography, video, editing, file formats, labeling, and other project requirements—everything you need to confidently complete assignments that meet our professional standards.

While this guide is a resource, adherence to these standards is an expectation outlined in your existing contract. Deliverables that significantly deviate from these guidelines—such as poor quality, missing elements, or failure to meet project instructions—may impact assignment approval, payment, or future opportunities.

Please use this guide as a reference for all assignments to ensure clarity, consistency, and excellence in the work you deliver. Thank you for helping us maintain the quality our clients rely on.
